Terms and Conditions

Refund and Exchange: There are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES. All ticket sales are final. Please, carefully review the event and make sure this is the event you want to attend.

Ticket Purchases. Tickets are available through Reposia Records’ website, performing artist’s websites and/or the venue on the day of the event. We accept all major credit cards and additional payment forms when available for the event. Online ticket prices may differ from the venue’s ticket prices on the day of the event. We encourage concert goers to purchase tickets online to guaranteed the best pricing option.

Ticket Delivery. We encourage concert goers to accept paperless tickets instead of hard copies. Once your purchase is approved, the payment confirmation page will provide you with a link to download your paperless tickets as a PDF file. In addition, our system provides an e-mail receipt with the attached paperless tickets. Print them and bring them with you the day of the event for validation and access to the show. You can also present the paperless tickets for validation and access using your mobile device.

Valid ID. Please bring a valid form of ID with you to our events. Please, check the event page for specific information about age restrictions for the event you want to attend BEFORE purchasing your tickets. Reposia Records will not issue any refunds for tickets purchased by concert goers who’s restricted to attend because of age restrictions to a specific event.

Lost Tickets. If you deleted your email with the attached paperless tickets or can’t find them as a save file, please contact us immediately.

Mail Delivery. We want to encourage concert goers to use paperless tickets. However, if you’d like us to mail you a hard copy, we can do it. Your tickets are mailed via USPS First Class for an additional cost of $3.00. Your can choose this shipping option during the check out process. You will still receive the download link and e-mail with the paperless tickets attached after your payment is confirmed.

Order Confirmation. If you do not receive a ticket purchase confirmation (in the form of a confirmation page or email) or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, we urge you to contact us. Our ticketing system is well-built but it may not notify us if there’s was an issue with your purchase. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during your ticket purchase. Reposia Records will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that your order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Performance Cancellation or Date/Time/Venue. If Reposia Records is forced to cancel an event for any reason other than “force majeure,” we will refund the face value of tickets purchased. Delivery charges are non-refundable. An event is not considered “cancelled” if it is stopped at any point after the second performers begin. If so, Reposia Records is not required to refund the value of any tickets purchased for said event.

Reposia Records reserves the right to change the date, time and/or venue of any performance no later than 2 weeks before the originally scheduled date of the performance. If a change occurs, ticket holders will be notified immediately and reimbursements will be arranged, as necessary.

Reposia Records will refund the face value of tickets purchases ONLY if the event’s location is changed to a new venue that’s more than 25 miles away from the original venue.

Force Majeure. Reposia Records does not guarantee a refund or exchange on tickets purchased for an event that is cancelled, or is rescheduled less than 2 weeks before the original performance date/time, as a result of “force majeure.” “Force majeure” means any circumstances or events which Reposia Records cannot control, foresee or avoid, even with all due care. Such events may include but are not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside Reposia Record’s control. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling due to force majeure, Reposia Records will accommodate you at subsequent shows when possible.

Reselling Policy. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes except with the express written consent of Reposia Records. The venue and Reposia Records reserve the right to refuse entry to an individual or group of individuals that purchased tickets and resold them, or to any person attempting to attend a performance with such tickets.

Reproduction Policy. It is against the law to reproduce any tickets in any form. In the event of reproduction, the venue and Reposia Records have the right to refuse entry to the original purchaser as well as any person attempting to attend a performance with reproduced tickets.

Limitation of Liability. You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after performance, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against Reposia Records, the event’s venue, its management, officers, directors, owners, employees, performing artists for an event to which you purchased tickets, or agents on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.

Ejection. Reposia Records reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Reposia Records and the venue’s rules.

Subject to Search. You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers.

Exhibition. You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to Reposia Records and the event’s venue to use your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, regardless of whether before, during or after the music performance or event, for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.

Agreement. If you place a ticket order, you AGREE to these terms and conditions.
